   Scholars, academicians, US think-tank, alongside policy makers and students on relevant subject are among expected audience. Muhammad Tahir is a journalist, and author, currently on a visit to Hoover Institution as a visiting Scholar, and is affiliated with the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty
