Muhammad Tahir addressed the causes, re-emerges the Taliban
The University of Massachusetts- Dartmourd in Boston, hosted a two day international scholars conference on November 3-4, 2006, to address problems facing Asian nations today. Muhammad Tahir has briefed the Afghan crises from the Taliban to the current moment, in that he especially stressed the need of dialogue between tribes and as well as resistance forces and Afghan Govt. to solve issues in peaceful meaning.
This conference was part of the annual summit of the New England Association for Asian Studies, which organizes briefings on Asian Affairs, where international scholars and experts give briefings.
